At Marblehead Custom Jewelry, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following exchange policy:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for items of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the customer, and/or store credit.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
- Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges subject to item availability.
- Items must be in original condition received.
2. Exchange Process
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@marbleheadcustomjewelry.com / 413-238-1383 for an exchange authorization.
- Exchanges must be shipped to 66 Washington St, Marblehead, MA 01945 or exchanged in-store.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days with a photo and description of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees, if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Exceptions & Special Conditions
- Gift recipients will receive store credit if they choose to return an item.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
