Exchange Policy

At Marblehead Custom Jewelry, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following exchange policy:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for items of equal or greater value, with any price difference paid by the customer, and/or store credit.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and receipts.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Exchanges subject to item availability.
  • Items must be in original condition received.

2. Exchange Process

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@marbleheadcustomjewelry.com / 413-238-1383 for an exchange authorization.
  • Exchanges must be shipped to 66 Washington St, Marblehead, MA 01945 or exchanged in-store.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 days with a photo and description of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping fees, if the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Exceptions & Special Conditions

  • Gift recipients will receive store credit if they choose to return an item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
